There were emotional scenes when the former The Only Way is Essex star said a sad goodbye to Ryan and their son Roman and fiancé Ryan Thomas.
She was waved off by her boys as she boarded a train to Essex before flying off to Portugal where she was hosting a retreat with her fitness and wellness brand RWL At the time, Lucy shared a video of Ryan holding onto the hand of a crying Roman, four, as he said goodbye.
Mum-of-two Lucy, who also shares daughter Lilah with Ryan, said: "I'm going to Essex then Portugal I hate being away from the kids." She also added the caption: "My heart” alongside a broken heart emoji.
