Lucy Mecklenburgh looked fresh faced when she enjoyed a good night's sleep. The former TOWIE star was a vision as she posed for a selfie which she uploaded on Instagram stories on Monday after having got an extra hour sleep.

It's been one week since she welcomed her baby son Roman into the world and she has been settling in well as a new mum. Lucy hasn't slowed down on the mum updates as she has been updating her followers on her baby's progress.

In the snap, the fitness guru had applied a full face of make-up and she had styled her brunette locks behind her ears. The mother-of-one dressed in a casual chic beige sweater while she chilled out on the sofa.
