Lucy Hale is opening up about sobriety. The 33-year-old Pretty Little Liars actress got very candid on the latest episode of the Diary of a CEO podcast, out Thursday (February 23).

During the conversation, she spoke candidly for the first time about her struggle with alcohol over the years, and getting sober.
