Love Island viewers outraged as Zach appears to brand Kady ‘old’

Love Island viewers were confused as Zachariah Noble appeared to refer to Kady McDermott as ‘old’ during a chat. Zach, 25, and Kady, 27, have been exploring a potential connection following Molly’s shock departure from the villa, when during a conversation Zach began complimenting Kady for her looks.

Kady - who first appeared in series 2 of Love Island in 2016 - seemed quite pleased at the compliment until things took a slightly awkward turn.

As Zach told Kady he found her attractive, she asked him to elaborate, to which Zach said: “You’re just at that age where it’s a very lovely age”. “So I’m a good looking old woman?” Kady replied, laughing.

Zach then backtracked and said: “No, you’re a little bit younger than I’d usually go for”. Kady then said: “Really? You go for old women?” Viewers on Twitter found themselves amused at the backhanded compliment, as one wrote: “Zachaliar indirectly calling Kady old was hilarious”.
