Love Island contestant Uma Jammeh has reportedly quit the ITV2 show after her partner Wil Anderson was dumped in a surprise twist in scenes yet to be aired.

According to MailOnline, an upcoming recoupling will see bombshell arrival Reuben Collins choose to couple up with 23 year old Uma - a choice that ultimately meant that Wil was left single and therefore was dumped from the villa.

However, with Uma previously being in a couple with Wil, who strayed during Casa Amor, the publication alleges that she chose to follow her partner and say goodbye to her time on the show - something which is said to leave viewers feeling shocked. “Uma made her feelings towards Wil clear by remaining loyal to him during Casa Amor.

But now she's made a huge commitment by quitting Love Island after he was dumped when she was stolen by one of the new bombshells,” a source told the publication. “'It was an emotional moment shared by all of her fellow Islanders but it's what she wanted to do to remain true to herself. “She knew at this last stage in the competition that she wasn't going to develop feelings for anyone else and she couldn't see Wil leave on his own.” OK!
