Love Island star Maura Higgins has revealed she was once refused Botox after being offered free cosmetic surgery when she left the villa.The Dancing On Ice star reveals that she was tempted by the offer of free surgical procedures following her stint in Love Island last summer. ‘I did go to a clinic to get Botox years ago but the doctor refused to do it and said I didn’t need it.

I’m confident in my own skin,’ Maura recalled to The Sun. ‘When you come out of Love Island you are offered everything from make-up and hair extensions to plastic surgery and operations,’ she revealed.But these days, Maura’s happy to embrace what she deems to be her imperfections and hopes to inspire her social media followers to do the same.
