Former Love Island star Malin Andersson has shared a terrifying experience where her car exploded while she was driving, with her daughter also in the vehicle.The reality TV star took to Instagram to share the horrifying incident, revealing that she and her two year old daughter, Xaya, managed to escape just in time before the car caught fire.

She wrote: "I took me and Xaya out and ran with her down the side of the dual carriage way in time and it blew up and caught fire minutes later." Malin added that she and Xaya are safe and sound after the ordeal.This isn't the first time Malin and her daughter have had a scary moment on the road.

Back in April, she needed help from the fire brigade when her young daughter accidentally locked herself in the car. She uploaded images of the tense situation and described her panic: "My phone and everything else was in there and I was like F***.The fire brigade came and opened the door safely within minutes but this never crossed my mind and I could have been in a worse situation where my friend wasn't with me and I hadn't had access to a phone." She continued, revealing details of the incident: "The design of the car has a crazy anti-burgling system so there was no way in.The firemen were absolutely amazing and Xaya luckily was calm until the end when she saw them surrounding her.
