Love Island star Faye Winter has admitted that she still attends therapy, a year after appearing on season 7 of the Love Island dating show.
Faye, 28, made it to the finals, coming third place with her beau, Teddy Soares, 27, in the 2021 series of the popular ITV2 reality programme.They finished behind winners Liam Reardon and Millie Court, who won the £50,000 prize money, and runners-up Chloe Burrows and Toby Aromolaran.
The former lettings manager admitted that the "backlash was hard to deal with" once she returned from Majorca, mostly from trolls that picked on her looks.
And speaking to The Sun, she admitted she was still receiving professional help: "I'm still in therapy and I think I'll be doing it for a long time," she said. "I've always been very outspoken, I am myself, and if I need a bit of help along the way, then that's OK. "I've been very open and honest about what I've had done.The backlash was hard to deal with, I still have so many blocked words on my Instagram account and it took me a while before I could look at those words." she added.
