The Love Island star has been carving out a career for himself in boxing - something which he admits has 'turned his life around' - but won't be back in the ring until September.
Sharing a snap of his swollen hand, Jack explained to fans that he wouldn't be able to box for a while, but didn't delve into details of the injury. "Will be back in the ring as soon as my hand is healed.
I think September time realistically. Devastated I haven't been able to train. A couple of days break away I think and then back to it," wrote Jack to his 1.6 million followers, before clearing up that by 'back to it' he means running, rather than boxing training. "When I said back to it, I meant running and dieting.
