Former Love Island star Dani Dyer has revealed that she has a pregnancy condition that might mean she won't feel her baby move.Telling her friends, fans and followers on Instagram the mum-to-be, 24, candidly said she has an anterior placenta - which is completely normal, and should not cause problems for the baby's development.
