Tasha Ghouri left viewers in tears after she revealed during her moving final Love Island speech to boyfriend Andrew Le Page that he removes her cochlear implant for her each night.

Tasha, 23, is the first deaf contestant to have headed into the villa, and went on to be applauded for bravely sharing her “superpower” with her fellow Islanders.

The blonde beauty wears a hearing implant, and doting boyfriend Andrew, 27, removes it for her before she heads off to sleep.

She said in her speech: “Walking into this villa, I had no expectations but hoped to meet my love – my first love. I’ve never left this way before.
