Love Island's Shaughna Phillips said she had liposuction as she put the mystery around her surgery to bed. She had liposuction on the lower part of her legs.

The bombshell, 25, went ahead with the surgery after she was diagnosed with lipoedema once she had left the Winter Love Island villa earlier this year.

Lipodema is a long-term condition where abnormal fat cells build up in the legs, thighs and buttocks. However, the reality star confessed she had "kind of always" suffered with insecurity about her legs.
