Love Island fans had better prepare themselves for a dramatic show tonight, as dumped stars Olivia and Maxwell must make a terrible choice.

Having received the fewest public votes, the couple are set to leave the villa tonight, but on Wednesday night's episode, presenter Maya Jama revealed they must name another couple to leave the villa with them. "You must now choose one girl and one boy from the remaining vulnerable couples to be dumped from the Island tonight," declares Maya. "Please go and take a seat to discuss your reasons and to make a decision." The three vulnerable couples are Tanya and Shaq, Claudia and Keanan, and Casey and Rosie, but whose dreams will they shatter? "This is stressful, there’s so many options!" says Olivia, who recently butted heads with Jessie Wynter.

Finally in agreement as to whose Love Island adventure is over, she and partner Maxwell head back over to their pals to break the soul-destroying news. "This has been a really difficult decision for both of us," Olivia tells them. "Do you keep a couple in that could potentially rebuild a flame?

Do you keep a boy and a girl that haven't had enough time here? "It’s been very difficult to make this decision, there's so many options we could have gone for." Elsewhere, relationship expert Louella Alderson of Heart Bingo has a few interesting thoughts on the potential toxicity beneath the romance of Olivia and Maxwell. "As a couple, they haven't shown toxic tendencies yet," she suggested this week. "However, individually Olivia has displayed a lot of toxic behaviours.
