Unfortunately, it appears she's facing tough times again, as she revealed to her followers that she's not feeling like her usual self, although she assured them with a promise that "it will get better." In the poignant post, Megan is depicted with tears streaming down her face, donning a hoodie, cradling her head in her arm.

She accompanied the photo with the caption: "Going through it atm. Never post s**t like this but feel like it's important if your having the worst time rn it will get better."
