Liberty Poole has been praised by fans for sharing a gorgeous unedited bikini pic - and speaking out about the pressure on women to look a certain way.Taking to Instagram, the Love Island star shared three photos on Sunday, May 21: one of her taken a few weeks ago in Ibiza and two of her from before she went into the Love Island villa two years ago, including an image she says was 'severely' edited.
Liberty admits that she previously posted the edited photo as she felt she needed to make her waist smaller and make her tan darker, in order to be more attractive - but said she wants to speak out about the expectations society set for women and encourage greater self-acceptance. "Please appreciate this is a really scary thing for me to post. The first picture is me the other week in Ibiza size 10 confident in my curves.
Slide two is me eight months prior to going on Love Island I was around size 6-8.The left picture is unedited the one to the right is what I posted on my Instagram.
I couldn't find the exact picture to match as this was two and a half years ago," she said. "It's scary to think I didn't see how severe I was editing my pictures from decreasing my waist to this size and don't get me wrong I love a tan but the fact I felt the need to edit it onto my body and completely change my skin tone I look back and think it's so unhealthy. "My point is, it's really not about how skinny we are or how big we are or what we look like etc.
