Liam, from Newport, Wales, gave fans a glimpse into how he prepared for a summer on the hit ITV2 dating show by sharing a year-long transformation snap - with incredible results.
After spending a summer in America, the masters student revealed his training and nutrition went "completely out the window" and decided to hit the gym hard to achieve the results he wanted.He also confessed he made specific changes which allowed him to succeed in his goals, despite the challenges of finishing University and living through Covid-19 at the time.
