Love Island's Lana tries to diffuse villa tension and warns against 'screaming match'

Love Island hopeful Lana Jenkins will attempt to diffuse a brewing “screaming match” in Wednesday’s episode of the hit ITV dating show.

Recent episodes of Love Island have seen tensions begin to boil over the breakdown of Claudia Fogarty’s relationship with Casey O’Gorman.

After the arrival of bombshell Rosie Seabrook earlier in the week, Casey’s head was turned, and it only took an episode for him to ditch Claudia and move on with Rosie.Though Claudia seemed to get over the financial advisor fairly quickly, former Australian contestant Jessie Wynter took it upon herself to address issues previously thought to be put to bed between Casey and her boyfriend, Will Young.

The encounter was incredibly awkward, with fans divided online, and the fellow islanders later weighed in and branded Jessie “fake.” During Wednesday’s episode, Jessie will finally be told about the other islander’s feelings after catching up with Claudia and Samie Elishi. “What’s going on?” Jessie questions, confused, as Claudia adds, “Let’s just clear the air because us girls are meant to stick together.” Attempting to mediate the situation, Lana adds: “First of all, can I just say this doesn’t need to be a screaming match, this is a lot of over nothing.” But Jessie is keen to get to the bottom of the situation, and argues: “I’ve just come back from a chat with Casey and everyone in the Villa says that everyones talking about something and I’m very confused.
