Love Island star Georgia Harrison debuted her new face on her first night out since she had nose surgery.The former reality TV favourite looked utterly stunning as she showed off an eclectic collection of jewels and flashed her torso in a bold outfit for the November cold snap.

But it was her face that really did all the talking, as the 26 year old showed off her new nose. Posing for the cameras, Georgia made a peace sign as she pouted and showed off her dewy skin and flawless makeup.
