Love Island star Dr Alex George knows only too well what it’s like to live in the bubble of the reality show’s famous villa, having been there and done it back in 2018.

And now the 30-year-old has offered his words of wisdom to this year’s stars, telling them to enjoy it and stay true to themselves all the time the cameras are rolling.
