Former Love Islander Demi Jones has hit back at an online troll who laughed at her recent cancer diagnosis. The 22-year-old reality star shared a screenshot of the shocking comment on a recent post which shows just how dark some of the messages she’s been receiving have been.

Demi admitted that she never normally responds in any way to trolls but felt she had to share the types of comments she’s been receiving as of late. ‘I never respond to trolls but unfortunately, this kind of thing is unacceptable,’ Demi posted on Instagram.
