Demi Jones has condemned a nasty follower who laughed at her for getting cancer. The Love Island star a posted a screenshot of the awful comment on her Instagram stories, backing up her claim that some so-called fans had made nasty comments to her, and even accused her of lying about her condition.

The individual had written: "Hahaha you got cancer" and Demi replied: "I never respond to trolls but this is unacceptable. Please don't be that person, thank you for all the other kindness." Last week, the Love Island star revealed that in April, she’d undergone surgery and the lump that was removed from her neck proved to be cancer.
