Demi Jones revealed that she has undergone surgery to remove a 'golf ball' size lump in her neck. The 22-year-old former Love Island star appeared from a hospital bed after undergoing the process to remove the 'potentially cancerous' lump.

Sharing a picture of herself in a hospital gown, Demi explained to fans that she was feeling very sleepy and swollen after having the mass removed.

She also focused the camera on the front of her neck, that was covered with bloodied bandages. "Face and neck really swollen but the surgery went really well," she wrote alongside the post.

The reality star added: "The lump on my thyroid was as big as a golf ball. The NHS staff at the QA Portsmouth have been unbelievable.
