The 28 year old former footballer, who appeared on the 2017 series of Love Island, has claimed that he had a very brief interaction with current Love Island contestant Mary, 22, following his separation from former Little Mix singer Jes Nelson in August 2020.
However Mary appeared to bring the reality star up on the show last week as she insisted she didn’t want to date a footballer again.
Meanwhile Chris was asked by The Sun if he knew 'his ex' would be on the current season of Love Island. Chris replied: "No, but Mary's not my ex!
