Love Island's Amy Hart praised for showcasing 'real body' after becoming a mum for the first time
ok.co.ukFormer Love Island star Amy Hart has been praised by her followers for showcasing her "real" body after she showed off her stunning figure on Instagram.The influencer, who gave birth to her baby son Stanley earlier this year, shared reel of herself getting dressed into some gym gear as she opened up on her goals for 2024.The blonde beauty, who has been keeping her followers updated with her journey to motherhood, wore printed leggings and a black sports bra before pulling out a cosy looking jumper to wear over the top.
She was also seen taking her false eyelashes off and hoop earrings out. She captioned over the reel: "I have a lot I want to achieve this year, but here's why I'm not setting any goals in 2024," before going into detail.
She said: "So. I looked through my goals from last year that I wrote in January and although I achieved a lot of them, lots of them weren’t applicable for the second half of the year due to changes in circumstances. "This year with that in mind, I’m doing month by month goals.
For January my goals are: 2.2l of water a day, at least a 30 min walk a day, gym 4 times a week, stick to my macros, 3kg weight loss, take my supplements everyday, post everyday on Instagram." She continued: "I just feel like these bitesized goals are more manageable and flexible to reassess at the end of every month! "Im very interested in the whole notion of goal setting.
