mirror.co.ukJake Cornish asked Liberty Poole to be his girlfriend on Friday's instalment of Love Island. But fans suffered déjà vu during the romantic scenes as it appeared that Jake's proposal to the Nando's worker was not entirely an original set-up.
During the episode, Jake told the boys his plan to commit to Liberty and then pulled her best friend, Kaz Kamwi, to the side to show her that he had a special token in his suitcase - which he planned to present to Liberty.
In the bedroom, he pulled out two bracelets - one black and one white - that connected with a magnet and he explained to Kaz that he would ask Liberty to wear the woven piece of jewellery.
