In Tuesday's episode, the islanders were seen taking part in the 'On Job' challenge, which involved performing a sex position with a partner.
Samantha Kenny, 26, chose her current beau, Joey Essex, 33, to join her in demonstrating the wheelbarrow position. The pair had to strike the pose in front of their fellow islanders, leading to an awkward moment for Joey who confessed in the beach hut: "I didn't know where to put my hands." The coupling has already raised eyebrows, as Samantha is known to be a big fan of Joey from his time on The Only Way is Essex.
After she quoted lines from the show, fellow islander Ciaran Davies, 21, joked: "Samantha, I can't lie - I feel like you know more about Joey than Joey knows about himself." To which Joey added: "She's obviously been like researching me and everything," reports the Mirror.
