Love Island fans have been left squeamish during a "gross" Lip Service challenge on Monday's episode of the show that saw Islanders exchange liquid between their mouths.The boys and girls were seen standing in lines opposite each other across a multi-coloured dance floor.The boys were tasked with filling their mouths from a cocktail dispenser before sliding across the floor on their stomachs and transferring the liquid into the girls' mouth that they were coupled up with.

In turn, the girl had to spit out the liquid into a giant cocktail glass, before the couple with the most amount of it were crowned the winners.

Speaking in the beach hut about the winners, Ekin-Su sat alongside her partner Jay as she said: "I know Danica's technique, she was doing this..." as she motioned opening her mouth wide and cupping her hands around it.
