Friday night's episode started with a bang after the two new bombshells, Ella and Josh, picked one person each to couple up with.

After getting to know the islanders Josh chose to couple up with Jess while new girl Ella chose to couple up with Mitch, leaving Abi single.

Fans took to Twitter to express how "happy" they were for Jess to have left her couple with Sammy as one said: "yes jess im so happy for you babe", while another penned: "Let’s pray Jess won’t respond to Sammy’s pathetic attempts to win her back and actually gives Josh a chance".
