ok.co.ukLove Island’s summer return could be postponed as the coronavirus continues to cripple the world. The popular ITV2 show is set to air this summer, with new host Laura Whitmore taking the reigns , but the production is said to be in doubt.
A source exclusively told OK! online how precautions were being taken and contingency plans put in place because of the coronavirus.
They said: “The problem with coronavirus is that we don’t know for how long it is going to affect everything. “At the moment the Love Island team is still going through the audition process and trying to find the right people to put in the villa. “But it could all be for nothing if the country gets put on lockdown and that’s before we even start looking at the Spanish.
