Louise Redknapp has admitted she's been mum-shamed for going on nights out without her teenage sons. The pop star, 46, has been single since splitting from her husband Jamie in 2018 after almost 20 years of marriage and they are parents to two boys, Charley, 16, and Beau, who turns 13 this year.

She has now opened up about the difficulties she's faced as a parent since the breakdown of her marriage. In her new book You've Got This: And Other Things I Wish I Had Known, Louise admitted she's made to feel bad about enjoying a social life.

She wrote: "It's hard to be confident about your parenting when we are all subject to online scrutiny. "Everyone will always have an opinion.
