Showing off her love for both her children, who she shares with her ex-husband Jamie Redknapp, she wrote a lengthy caption. "I can't believe how big they have grown..." the doting mum wrote.
She added: "I loved looking through old photographs for my book 'You've Got This' - I just had to include this one of me and the boys when they were younger when they used to smile having their photo taken.
