But it looked like she didn't have a care in the world as she headed out during her Spanish getaway. The former Strictly Come Dancing star, 45, stunned as she stepped out make up free and with her hair scraped back in a messy bun.
The mum-of-two was wearing denim shorts and a baggy white T-shirt with ripped tassles hanging down to her thighs. Louise, who shares kids Charles, 16, and Beau, 11, with ex-husband Jamie, was pictured at a supermarket, pushing a trolley full of goodies to her car.
