The 56-year-old star gave viewers an update on her life after leaving BBC Breakfast nearly three years ago. In September 2021, Louise said an emotional goodbye to the morning show, with her then co-host Dan Walker paying tribute.
Since leaving the show, Louise has taken a step back from presenting and shifted her focus to writing.The former host has written two memoirs and appeared on James' show to promote her third book and first work of fiction - Isolation Island.
