Louise Minchin left with wounded pride after falling from bike in rookie error

mirror.co.ukLouise Minchin was left red-faced when she fell off her bike after making what she called a "rookie error". The BBC Breakfast host, 52, took to her Twitter account on Thursday afternoon to share a picture of herself lying on the ground after her accident.
She said she had forgotten to take her foot out of the cleat when she was cycling at "0 miles an hour". Thankfully, Louise wasn't injured, and said "only her pride was hurt".
In the photo, the TV star had all the gear (and seemingly no idea) as she sported a safety helmet, a snazzy multi-coloured vest and a pair of cycling shorts.
