Prosecutors will not seek a second re-trial after jurors were unable to agree whether Louis Saha Matturie sexually assaulted a woman.
Louis Matturie, 42, a friend of former Manchester City star Benjamin Mendy, had been found not guilty of other sexual offences including rape, after he was accused by a number of different women.

They offered no evidence and Mr Matturie was found not guilty of the charge. It marks the end of the joint legal proceedings against the former Manchester City footballer and his friend.
