dailystar.co.ukLottery officials that he was going through the glove box in his vehicle recently when he came across Virginia's New Year's Millionaire Raffle ticket.The ticket that was numbered #291119 was bought two months earlier from the Sheetz store in North Chesterfield.Lumpkin, who is a construction supervisor, said he was shocked when he checked the numbers and discovered he had been driving around with a $100,000 winning ticket.He said: "I screamed for my wife to come look."It really hasn't sunk in yet."The pensioner told Virginia Lottery that he has no immediate plans for his winnings.The other five $100,000 winning tickets were bought in Danville, Gloucester, Poquoson, Smithfield and Virginia Beach.Four tickets won $1 million in Virginia’s New.
