Lorraine Kelly shares special tribute to her dad on his 82nd birthday live on ITV show

Lorraine shared a sweet snap of John sporting a hat and sunglasses as he beamed in front of a tennis game on the show. After the brief tribute, Lorraine switched over to Andi Phillips who also wished her father a big happy birthday while he celebrates.
John, who still lives in Glasgow with Lorraine's mum Anne, previously worked as a television repairman. This comes after the presenter spoke candidly about her fear she may lose him after he battled a massive infection and heart failure in secret.She told The Mirror in 2021: “We went through a few very tough months thinking we were going to lose him.
It was just awful – but he was amazing, he rallied. This time last year he was in hospital and got out just before Covid started.
