ITV producer Hannah Hawkins had been diagnosed with terminal cancer at 25, just two months after becoming a first-time mum and today her husband Tom revealed that she passed away the day before his birthday.
Hannah was first diagnosed with breast cancer three years ago and went into remission in 2021. But, two days before she welcomed her son, her condition had rapidly deteriorated and the cancer had returned.Tom took to Instagram tonight to announce the news.In a heartfelt post, he said: "Hannah Hawkins 11.12.89 - 3.11.23.
