The 61-year-old TV legend says she has always dreamed of exiting Earth’s stratosphere for a trip among the stars. Back in 2019, the Scottish TV host was gifted the chance to train with NASA astronauts as a 60th birthday present – training in a zero gravity chamber in Florida as part of the experience.
Lorraine says she now hopes to be able to put her new skills to the test with a real trip to outer space and to fulfil a lifelong dream.
