Lorraine Kelly's no-show on her programme led to a playful jibe from comedian Jason Manford, who suggested that stand-in host Christine Lampard should get top billing.
With Christine at the helm on Friday, (May 10) viewers were left wondering about Lorraine's whereabouts. Christine and Jason had a delightful catch-up about his current tour and his career beginnings.
After their chat, Christine expressed how lovely it was to talk to him, as usual, reports The Express. Jason playfully remarked: "So nice," before cheekily proposing that the studio screen should bear Christine's name instead of Lorraine's. "It needs to say Christine on there," he quipped.
Christine was momentarily taken aback by the suggestion but quickly dismissed the idea and said it was "nice" to see Lorraine's name up there.
