The Duke of Cambridge and Duke of Sussex hosted the unveiling of the monument, which they commissioned, at Kensington Palace.
The statue of their late mother has been erected in the Sunken Garden at Diana's former home - one of the places Diana loved most - to mark what would have been her 60th birthday on July 1.
The figure of the princess, which aimed to reflect Diana's "warmth, elegance and energy", is surrounded by three children and depicts Diana, who died aged 36 when she was killed in car crash in 1997, in the later years of her life. READ MORE: What Prince
