Lorraine Kelly has opened up about her choice to continue a healthier lifestyle in the new year as she urged people to 'cut themselves some slack'.
The Scots presenter embarked on a weight loss journey last year after feeling unhappy with her looks since putting on weight during lockdown.
The 63-year-old signed up for WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers, and has continued her role as an ambassador for the company since then.After focusing on small lifestyle and diet changes, Lorraine lost almost two stone and dropped two dress sizes in 2022.
Discussing her plans to continue a healthier lifestyle in the new year, Lorraine slammed fad diets and encouraged fans to focus on sustainable lifestyle changes. “I think it’s crazy in January all of a sudden to say, ‘I’m going for a 10-mile run’, or going on a stupid, faddy diet, because they don’t work," she told The Independent.
