Lorraine Kelly is set to host the biggest day of two of her guest's lives on her ITV daytime show on Wednesday morning. The Scots host will marry a gay couple live on air to celebrate a decade since the first same-sex wedding in England and Wales.

The 64-year-old is paying tribute to the LGBTQ+ community by hosting a wedding live in the ITV studio.Taking to Instagram to share the exciting occasion she wrote: "To celebrate 10 years of same sex marriage in England and Wales, viewers Luke and Gavin are getting married in our studio! "Luke and Gavin have been together since 2019 and became engaged last year.
