Lorraine Kelly halts her show to pay tribute to BBC star in 'end of life' care

ok.co.ukComedian Janey Godley has been inundated with messages of love and support after she bravely shared with her social media followers that she is in "end of life treatment" through a tear-jerking video.
At 63, the Glaswegian comic was previously given the all-clear by medics in 2022, but further scans sadly revealed the resurgence of her illness.
It was heartbreakingly confirmed her ovarian cancer is terminal. ITV's own Lorraine Kelly couldn't hide her emotions following her show's feature on Janey's poignant video.
In a moving interruption to the show, Lorraine paid homage to Janey. Visibly upset, Lorraine took a moment to say: "Well she really is an inspiration, that's comedian Janey Godley of course," reports the Manchester Evening News.
