It comes after some fans of the hit BBC show were left in an uproar following the programme's controversial ending on Sunday night and the show's creator, Jed, wasn't holding back as social media users blasted him over the ending.In view of her 646,000 followers, the ITV presenter replied to the writer's tweet.She wrote in reference to Ted Hastings' (Adrian Dunbar) famous quote from the series: "Jesus, Mary and Joseph and the wee donkey @jed_mercurio - I thought you were talking about me!"The confusion occurred as the creator of the hit series had responded after.
