Lorraine, 64, was joined by Royal editor Russell Myers on her ITV show on Monday, 18 March as the pair discussed a reported sighting of Kate, 42, at a farm shop with Prince William, 41.The Princess was allegedly seen shopping with her husband on 16 March.
Kate has not been officially seen in public since Christmas. It was announced in January she'd undergone "planned abdominal surgery" and would be staying in hospital for two weeks, before heading home to recover.
Kensington Palace said she will be away from Royal duties until after Easter. Despite the announcement, Kate's health has sparked huge speculation on social media with many sharing wild theories regarding the princess' whereabouts and her condition.
