TV presenter Lorraine Kelly has slammed a Twitter troll who took to the social media website to comment on her appearance, claiming that she needs a "makeover." Lorraine, 63, took the insult in good humour as she cracked a joke in response to the rude comment.The Twitter user in question wrote: "I really think Lorraine needs a makeover hair is awful I’m surprised no one has mentioned this time for a short cut Lorraine."
