In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

The Loose Women panelist told her 4.4 million followers on Instagram that she had been struggling throughout the week, saying that she was feeling ‘so strange.’ 31-year-old Stacey decided to step back from social media for a few days in order to spend time with her family and help with her mental health.
She also took the time to thank her fans, saying they are the ‘sweetest people.’ In a post which included a picture of her lush garden, Stacey shared with her fans on Saturday.
