Former Loose Women favourite Carol McGiffin has opened up about her fears of Denise Welch's "wrath" when it comes to discussing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Despite their close bond, formed over sunny getaways and shared screen time on the ITV show, Carol admits she's been hesitant to voice her opinions on the Royal couple.
Last year, after stepping away from Loose Women, Carol confessed in her column for Best: "First, I don't really care enough to have a go at them." She continued: "Second, because I'm aware talking about them gives them more relevance than they actually deserve.
But lastly, I'm frightened of my friend Denise Welch whose wrath is cast upon anyone who dares criticise them." Denise, a staunch defender of Meghan, took to Instagram to slam the "utterly pathetic" complaints received by Ofcom following her heated defence against criticism from former Royal press secretary Dickie Arbiter.
