It is, in fact, the exact same dress Kate wore as she visited the Royal Surrey County Hospital's maternity ward back in October 2022.
For her first solo engagement as the Princess of Wales, Kate wore the cheerful yellow version of the fitted Karen Millen dress, also currently £153.30 here, with black suede heels.
